2. Punishable Violations

2.1 Breach of Intellectual Property Rights:

The purchase of any Art Products from Atelier//Shibani grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant ownership of any intellectual property rights in the artwork itself.

3.2 Prohibited Uses:

Under no circumstances may the buyer:

● Create any reproductions or derivative works from the Art Products.

● Alter, adapt, or modify the artwork for public or commercial use.

● Sell, distribute, or license the Art Products or derivatives thereof.

4. Liability and Indemnification

4.1 No Liability for Unauthorized Use:

Atelier//Shibani disclaims any responsibility or liability for unauthorized or improper use of its Art Products. Any misuse or unauthorized reproduction of the Art Products shall be solely at the user’s risk, and Atelier//Shibani reserves the right to take necessary legal action in such cases.

4.2 Indemnification:

By using our website or purchasing our Art Products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atelier//Shibani, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or connected with any breach of these T&Cs or unauthorized use of the Art Products.
